As we approach another presentation of Gem -A awards in London I am reminded of receiving my FGA diploma sixty years ago from Basil Anderson. His pioneering work on the use of the spectroscope inspired me to continue my research in this field. It therefore fitting that I should launch this work on the gemmological spectroscope this year 2016 

 

This CD contains an animated Microsoft PowerPoint Slide Show which can be controlled by the viewer This enables back tracking to repeat the sequence of the animated images for more concentration.
